Hampshire and West Sussex Energy Assessors was formed in 2007 to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for the domestic property market in Hampshire and West Sussex areas.

Michael Richards, (BSc, MRICS) the owner and operator aims to provide an efficient, professional and speedy service whilst maintaining the highest levels of integrity to all clients namely Home Information Pack (HIP) providers, solicitors, estate agents and private home sellers at all times.

Michael Richards is an experienced Chartered Surveyor plus fully qualified and accredited Independent Domestic Energy Assessor (Accreditation number RICS200061) and holds Professional indemnity and Public Liability insurance along with a Criminal Records Check carried out by Disclosure Scotland. Thus, you can be assured of professionalism, quality assurance and peace of mind.

The energy reports produced will be of high quality and delivered within tight timescales at a competitive price. Meeting your needs is our most important objective.

As a new and growing business, we can adjust the offerings to meet your targets ensuring your requirements are fully met. The company is based about 5 miles to the East of Chichester. The areas we cover extend from Lancing in the East to Whiteley in the West, and northwards to Billingshurst.

The post code areas covered include the following: - BN11 to BN18, GU28, PO1 to PO22, RH14 and RH20.

These areas can be extended further for multiple bookings in one locality on the same day or alternatively by special arrangement.
